Prior to our meet & greet appointment, you can fill out our prospective client form with the pertinent information so that we can be even better prepared when we meet you and your pet(s).
Your pet care provider will ask important questions about your pet and their needs, such as: Medical & health information, allergies, feeding & care instructions, behavioural information, and enrichment & exercise needs. We will also need veterinary information and emergency contacts if you are travelling or will be difficult to reach. All client information is kept confidential.
If we are coming to your home, we may need a bit of a tour as well as a spare key for the duration of your pet care services. Client keys are tagged only with a pet name or a client ID #, keys are never stored with personal client information. If you have a keypad, we still recommend leaving a key with a trusted neighbour, or with our staff member, just in case the keypad malfunctions. This is also helpful if you happen to lose your own key on your way home from your travels! All client information is kept strictly confidential.
During our meet & greet, we will review Pawsitive Pet Care's policies, such as our cancellation policies, and we will answer any questions you may have about our services.

We know that the more information we have, the better equipped we will be to provide the highest standard of care. If we are pet-sitting in your home, we will also provide a leave behind form for any additional care instructions you may wish to leave for us.
